I’ve been coming to Express Oil Change in Concord on Derita Road for over 3 years now, and one thing that has never changed is the AMAZING customer service. No matter who’s working, the experience is always consistent, professional, and welcoming. That kind of consistency is hard to find these days! I had a really positive experience here getting my oil changed and state inspection. Aylee the manager and Brenton the service guy did fabulous work and were incredibly personable. Their prices were also significantly better than similar places nearby. I will be returning here for our oil changes moving forward.

I had a really great experience during my recent car inspection. The process was smooth, quick, and stress-free from start to finish. I want to thank Parker, the new assistant manager, for going above and beyond. He was professional and friendly. It’s clear he genuinely cares about customer service and creating a positive experience. I truly appreciate the time and attention he gave definitely made a difference. I’ll be coming back and highly recommend this location!
